I asked Tony for an estimate a month ahead of an EV charger install. He deferred and asked me to reach out closer to the planned date. I did, he agreed to come out for an estimate. Then, the next day he let me know his brother would be handling the estimate and install. I agreed. His brother suggested a Monday for an estimate, I asked for a particular time, and received no response back. He went no contact, and the Monday came and went with his brother never showing up. I ended up using a different electrician.

I almost never leave bad reviews, but I’m too upset not to give a warning. I’m not sure if I just caught them on a bad day but I left my new patient consultation in tears today and don’t intend to return. Among many things that made me uncomfortable during this exam, the dentist quite literally told me that my business would be more successful if my smile was better. That was after telling him that I’ve been insecure about my smile my whole life but have never had the funds to get braces or Invisalign. I felt talked at, pushed, and upsold. Really unfortunate waste of time, money, and mental energy. It’s not that hard to be kind and consider people. Especially when they’re a new patient.

It was a pleasure doing business with Churchill Auto Care. They made arrangements to pick my car up and return it when done. The maintenance was performed quickly and at a great price. Have recommended them to family and will definitely bring my car back!! Thanks again!
